Canola Oil For Health
Homegrown, cold pressed and bottled in Australia, Edward’s cold pressed canola oil comes from the pristine growing conditions in Cootamundra, NSW.
Unlike other other oils, which are heavily processed or “RBD” (refined, bleached and deodorised), our oil is cold pressed and natural. It comes in two varieties, First Pressed and Naturally Filtered.
Both of our oils have high smoke points and function the same as any other oils when cooking. This means you can use them as you normally would for all cooking applications, including frying, baking, roasting and dipping.
Edward’s Oil, First Pressed
The First Pressed line offers the most natural canola oil option available. Made in Australia with the Australian grown canola plant, you can expect a nutty flavored oil filled with monounsaturated fats, omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin E.
Edward’s Oil, Filtered
The Naturally Filtered line offers the same health benefits as our First Pressed line. However, before bottling, we filter the first pressed oil through a natural filter. This results in a more neutral taste making it the best cooking oil for those looking to bake, fry, roast, or dip their food without imparting any other flavors.
